In one of the hottest stories that’s dominating the news for the Oakland Raiders, other than relocation talk, it was reported by ESPN’s Ed Werder via his Twitter account this morning that retired running back Marshawn Lynch has begun the NFL’s reinstatement process.

There had been reports of a possible trade imvolving Lynch’s old Seahawks’ teammate Richard Sherman, however nothing official has been reported by the Raiders yet.
The Raiders still need a replacement for Latavius Murray and Lynch would definitely fill that role nicely yet this still an ongoing process.
That is not correct at all. Among reasons Lynch has been waiting was to see whether Sherman traded and whether that team needed RB https://t.co/EcNqdxtdmY

As expected the reaction on Twitter has been swift with Raider Nation expressing their thoughts on what all this might mean.
I would be shocked if Reggie actually made a deal for Richard Sherman. He's never been the type to make that kind of trade. #Raiders

I agree, RM ain't giving up a 1st and mid rd. pick for 30 yr old CB.
