The 2018 version of the Raiders is now history. Its free agent class was heavily lackluster, to say the least because former Oakland general manager Reggie McKenzie decided to spend very inexpensively and, in the end, it cost him his job. Head coach Jon Gruden and new general manager Mike Mayock will be counted on to piece together a squad that Raider fans can get excited about. They’ve got plenty of difficult tasks to improve this club from top to bottom in the shape of a tolerant football organization that can compete consistently.
Heading into this March, a wealth of talent will be available for the Silver & Black and both Gruden and Mayock will have their respective choices and a vast amount of money they can spend to launch the Raiders towards championship contention no matter where the team play next season.
Below is a list of pivotal free agents that can turn this club around if given the ultimate opportunity to become an Oakland Raider in 2019.
