The Only Nation Podcast presents Episode 14. They discuss the Las Vegas Raiders and current NFL news while still managing to have a bit of fun.
In their latest, Only Nation Podcast covers plenty of topics. T3RaiderFax has an update on the proposed changes to the Rooney Rule. He discusses some of the changes the league is implementing to encourage inclusion and minority advancement in coaching and front offices.

The hosts give a big thumbs down on the proposed changes to the onside kick rule. The kicking team would be playing for a first down instead of kicking. The proposal changes the rule to have the kicking team attempt a 4th and 15 play from their 25-yard line which would give the team possession of the ball if successful. This could be attempted twice a game for each team.
Also, the Raiders welcome cornerback Prince Amukamara, and Nick Nelson heads to waivers to make room on the roster for him. Heidi also shares what makes former long snapper Jon Condo a vital contributor to the community.
