The Only Nation Podcast: Raiders Roster Projections

The Only Nation Podcast’s most recent episode is here. The crew discusses who will make the roster for the Las Vegas Raiders this season. Also, we check some media predictions others made while coming up with some of ours.

Who will the Raiders keep and what players will be released?

53-man roster projections are the order of the day in this week’s The Only Nation Podcast. On the show, we start off the episode with the week’s news and notes. Some of that news includes the Raiders taking the field for an inter-team scrimmage last week. On a different note, season tickets packages were sent to PSL (personal seat license) holders. Included in these packages was an illuminated replica of Allegiant Stadium that plays “The Autumn Wind is a Raider.”

We then move on to transactions and cover signings such as running back Theo Riddick and review waived players including Ade Aruna. T3RaiderFax brings us a new Heidi’s High Five where he lists some predictions for this year’s Raiders. Among these predictions is a trip to the playoffs.

Moving into roster projections, the crew goes over whom we believe will make the cut and be part of the 2020 Las Vegas Raiders. Heidi and Homer have the same hot take about the quarterbacks and leave a surprising player off the final cut list. They agree on pretty much all the pick but disagree on others such as tight end.

After the projections, they talk about a short but interesting fact about one of the team’s early running backs who has since become a legend. Finally, Heidi presents a convincing case for one of this year’s nominees for the professional football Hall of Fame.
