Raiders Poll: Will Hunter Renfrow Be Snubbed In NFL Top 100?

The NFL Top 100 premiered this past weekend, putting on display the first half of the prestigious list. In what’s become an annual event preceding the regular season, several members of the Las Vegas Raiders have seen their names make the list. So far, this year has been no exception.

Derek Carr, Maxx Crosby, and Darren Waller made the list. All three, especially Carr and Crosby, are coming off impressive 2021 seasons. Chandler Jones, a newcomer to the Raiders, is a pass-rushing specialist who also received the honor. However, one name that has been absent from the countdown so far is Hunter Renfrow. It should go without saying that Davante Adams will likely make an appearance near the top of this list, but what about Renfrow? Well, we decided to ask Raider Nation what they thought about the list moving forward. Would Renfrow make the second half? The question was posed via the Raider Ramble’s Twitter account. As always, fans had plenty to say.

Raiders Poll: What Did Raider Nation Have To Say?

Quietly developing into a consistent threat in the Raiders’ offense in his first two years, Renfrow developed a rapport with Carr. The former Clemson Tiger became one of Carr’s go-to clutch receivers. Last season, Renfrow took his game to another level, accumulating more than 100-plus receptions and 1,000-plus receiving yards. That was en route to his first Pro Bowl nod in his young career. Widely recognized as one of the league’s best slot receivers, fans are anxious to see if he gets his due. Regardless, Raider Nation weighed in. As a side note, nearly 69 percent of our followers voted that Renfrow will crack the countdown based on 400-plus votes in our Raiders poll. We’ll have to wait and see.
