Raiders: Maxx Crosby Wants To Improve; Ex-Raider Sells Home

What Maxx Crosby Wants To Improve In 2023, Ex-Raiders OT Selling Luxury Lake Tahoe Home

Las Vegas Raiders edge rusher Maxx Crosby remains unsatisfied and is determined to elevate his game to new heights. Although 12.5 sacks in a season would satisfy nearly all pass rushers, it doesn’t for Crosby.

Crosby recently spoke with The Athletic’s Ted Nguyen to discuss how he plans to take his game to another level. The 25-year-old has all the ingredients to become a dominant force in the upcoming NFL season.

Here’s a name that’s a blast from the past, as former Raiders offensive lineman Robert Gallery was recently in the news. Gallery wants to sell his mansion for $10.2 million in Lake Tahoe. If anyone reading has that type of money, the property might interest them.

What Maxx Crosby wants to improve on this 2023 season

The Eastern Michigan product has transformed himself into one of the premier defensive players in the league. In his first four seasons as a professional, Crosby has amassed an impressive 37.5 sacks.

The Vegas pass rusher has established himself as a formidable force on the field. His outstanding performances have earned him two Pro Bowl selections, a testament to his remarkable skills and impact on the game.

Despite a career-high 12.5 sacks during the 2022 season, Crosby remains hungry for more. The Raiders star told Nguyen that improving his grip strength can further elevate his game.

“That’s another thing that I’m religious about,” Crosby said. “My grip strength. I do it after every single workout. I got a whole crew doing it with me now, too. That’s a big part of it, like there’s a few sacks this year where you just see me getting a piece of the jersey and pulling them in — that’s just the little details and training.”

By enhancing his grip strength, Crosby aims to become an even more disruptive presence on the field. This improved trait will make it difficult for opposing quarterbacks to escape his relentless pursuit.

Former Raiders OT Robert Gallery puts luxury mansion for sale

Gallery, a former No. 2 overall pick for the Raiders, has recently listed his stunning mansion in Lake Tahoe for an impressive $10.2 million (h/t New York Post).

The luxurious property is bound to attract the attention of affluent buyers seeking a taste of indulgence in one of California’s most coveted locations.

Gallery and his wife, Becca Gallery, a former Iowa basketball power forward, acquired the property in 2018. While visiting during an NFL offseason, the couple was captivated by the area’s allure and decided to make it their own.

The former Iowa standout made enough money to initially buy the property, having played for the Oakland Raiders from 2004-2010 before spending the 2011 season with the Seattle Seahawks.
