To capitalize on running back Ashton Jeanty’s potential, Las Vegas Raiders general manager John Spytek should prioritize picking up this three-time Pro Bowl center.
If you recall, the Raiders were never able to figure out their offensive line. Much of that can be attributed to the disastrous hiring of Brennan Carroll as the positional coach—a classic example of nepotism backfiring. Now that they’ve corrected that mistake, whoever assumes the role will face significant challenges. Fortunately, Jeanty demonstrated his undeniable talent with 1,321 yards from scrimmage. So, how do you build on that?
As fate would have it, Spytek will have the opportunity to pursue Baltimore Ravens standout Tyler Linderbaum this offseason.

Should the Raiders pursue Tyler Linderbaum?
Linderbaum is poised to be one of the top offensive linemen available this offseason, and the Raiders should consider pursuing him. At 25 years old, he already boasts three Pro Bowl selections and has performed as one of the NFL’s elite centers. Pro Football Focus awarded him an 83.7 run-blocking grade, which highlights both his consistency and potential impact on a Raiders O-line that struggled to get anything going in 2025.
Linderbaum’s balance, speed and quickness show up when he reaches the second level. He turns small gains into efficient runs by cutting off linebackers before they can fill their gaps. Linderbaum also wins in space, where he can erase defensive backs on screens and other perimeter plays. That kind of blocking can open up a young offense.
Baltimore passed on his fifth-year option, a move that would have vaulted him to the top of the center salary scale. Should the Ravens let him go, Las Vegas would be poised to pounce.
Thoughts, Raider Nation? Picking up Linderbaum allows Jackson Power-Johnson to remain at the guard slot, beefing up that unit for Jeanty.
