Raider Nation doesn’t see eye to eye much, but there is one thing that’s generally agreed upon: the state of the Las Vegas Raiders’ secondary – and not in a positive light. Fans have no hopes for the team’s secondary, and analysts are right there with them. However, I whole-heartedly disagree with these takes. With the abundance of information provided in this article, such as player breakdowns, analytics, team fits, and comparisons with other secondaries league-wide, perhaps you too will disagree with the unit’s doubters.

Las Vegas Raiders 2023 Outlook: The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly

The Raiders are fresh off of a miserable 6-11 campaign and seem to have only taken steps backwards in the meantime—a much different scenario than one calendar year ago, when the team defied all odds to punch their ticket into the playoffs despite losing their head coach and premier wideout mid-season. The future seemed limitless then, especially that offseason when the leaders in Sin City received extensions and Davante Adams came to town. Things can change quickly, though. But it’s not all bad. Some is good, some is bad, and some is straight up ugly—we’re going to touch on it all.
