As the 2023 NFL season winds down, let’s get our Las Vegas Raiders draft “30 days, 30 prospects” series going. Keep in mind that this is our pre-NFL Combine edition. We’ll revisit this list and update it thereafter. First is Alabama CB Terrion Arnold.
The Raiders are slated to pick outside of the top 10. That, unfortunately, puts them out of reach for Caleb Williams or Drake Maye. Still, that doesn’t mean the Silver and Black can’t walk away from next year’s NFL draft with a franchise-altering signal-caller.
While the Las Vegas Raiders have fantastic top-end talent scattered across the roster, there are a lot of holes to fill this offseason. One position that could use an upgrade is cornerback. Only a couple of young players stand out in this secondary. An athletic, lengthy corner like Deonte Banks would seamlessly improve this unit. …
The Las Vegas Raiders are in a prime position to get two players of top-40 caliber, and defense should be the primary target in round two.
