After riding high with a 2-0 record, Las Vegas Raiders fans came crashing back down to Earth after a loss to the New England Patriots.
First thing, no one expected the Raiders to run the table and go undefeated, so we all knew the Raiders would lose at some point. Having said that, it doesn’t make it easier for Raider Nation’s spirits. Especially since we’re talking about Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots. This was supposed to be the day that Jon Gruden finally avenged the “Tuck Rule” game, alas, it was not to be.
Here at the Raider Ramble, we asked our readers to weigh in on the loss via Twitter. As always, Raider Nation had plenty to say after the game.
How do you feel about today's 36-20 loss against the #Patriots, #RaiderNation?#Raiders

Week 3: Raiders Blow It In Foxborough
One of the most common themes after a loss is for the blame to come down on defensive coordinator Paul Guenther. This game was no different. Others felt that the Raiders were simply outcoached, Belichick made the right adjustments and Gruden didn’t. Another issue, while not an excuse, is that the Silver and Black have been hit hard by the injury bug. Then again, all teams are dealing with injuries so this isn’t an excuse for Gruden’s team. A more rational reaction was that this game was on short rest, across the country, and against the NFL’s best coach so the team will be okay. Raider Nation can only hope this is true as we move on to Week 4.
It’s one game, on short week, across the entire country with a 3 hour time difference against one of the best coaches in the NFL. They’ll be alright.

Out-coached. Pats made adjustments that worked, we didn’t.
