RaiderRamble.com Preview: AFC North

Last, but certainly not least, our Raider Ramble panel will take a look at the AFC North as we set sail towards the regular season! A division that has certainly given fans one of the best rivalry matchups in recent history in Ravens versus Steelers, along with one of the most intriguing and controversial teams in the Bengals. But perhaps after a seemly strong offseason, the Cleveland Browns are preparing to drag themselves from amongst the NFL’s basement dwellers and come into their own. “Behind Enemy Lines”: Insight into one of the Raiders’ most hated rivals

Recently, I had the opportunity to sit down and chat with Johnny Burczak, a man who follows all things Kansas City Chiefs and co-hosts a podcast called WildWestAFC Podcast. Las Vegas Stadium Update: Community Benefits Agreement mired in Deception and Extortion Claims

This is the law that authorizes the funding for the Las Vegas Stadium and Las Vegas Convention Center. The issue with that is that the language defining the community benefits agreement is overly vague. Because of that, one local group appears to be taking advantage of this. They have demanded that the Raiders set up a bank account that they can have access to according to sources close to this.

Raiders DE Khalil Mack has been historically dominant

Despite the Oakland Raiders ranking No. 26 in team defense a season ago, edge rusher Khalil Mack remains a bright spot for a defense seeking improvement.

Mack’s vicious pass rushing and run stuffing capabilities garnered him Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2016. However, last year wasn’t Mack’s first season dominating opposing offensive lines; it’s a trend he has continued since his rookie campaign in 2014.
