Las Vegas Stadium Update: Community Benefits Agreement mired in Deception and Extortion Claims

This is the law that authorizes the funding for the Las Vegas Stadium and Las Vegas Convention Center. The issue with that is that the language defining the community benefits agreement is overly vague. Because of that, one local group appears to be taking advantage of this. As superstitions go, Seth Roberts is a big part of a smirk-worthy, yet hard-to-ignore ritual. Get this: The Oakland Raiders are 9-0 in games where Roberts hauls in a touchdown pass. Word?
